More 'No Pricks' Means No More Pricks.

Could Everyone Open Their Books At Page 40 ... O'Brien Is That Chewing Gum?

The second No Pricks Comedy Show takes place tonight, Tuesday 27th of May, doing more than it’s fair share in the continuing battle to make Dublin a prick free show.

The line-up for the show includes, Maeve Higgins, Gunther Groen, Dermot McMurrow, Eleanor Tiernan, Ardal O’Hanlon, Kevin Gildea and Jarlath Regan. And remember admission is absolutely free and on a first ‘no prick’ come first ‘no prick’ served basis. That works out at something like 2 euros per comic or possibly something an awful lot less.

The No Pricks Comedy Show is the brainchild of Jarlath Regan. That literally means a child from Jarlath’s brain. Wow!

The show takes place upstairs at M. O’Briens around that whole Leeson area. I don’t know what the M in M.O’Brien’s stands for but I hope it’s Malachy, don’t you. .... of course you do … who wouldn’t.

I’ve just had an idea. I think the No Pricks Comedy Show should go on tour and change the name according to where they are playing. So in Cork it could be the No Langers Comedy Show and in the Midlands it could be the No Mickey’s Comedy Show. They could go to London for the No Knobs Comedy Show. And so on, have your own fun with that. The No Pricks Name Changing Comedy Tour is the brainchild of me, which literally means a child from my brain. Wow!

If you’re going along tonight say hi to Malachy for me.

  1. M. O Briens in Dublin, is it? Cool! I hope to be able to go.

Found the website and blog last night – really like it. Well done :)
