An extra Dark Show has been scheduled for Saturday night this weekend at the Cat Laughs. That is not to say that the show will be extra dark but that it is an additional Dark Show.
That is also not to say that the show won’t be extra dark. In all likelihood it will considering the line up is made up of Otis Lee Crenshaw, Kevin Gildea, Greg Fleet and Carol Tobin.
So chances are we’re going to have an Extra, Extra Dark Show. Indeed in my own humble opinion I think we could be in for an Extra, Extra, Extra Dark Show and that’s not even taking into consideration the shows additional status … I think … now I have a headache.
In case your wondering The Dark Show is an opportunity for comics to perform material they’d normally shy away from secure in the knowledge that the audience is slightly more sicker then them given the speed and enthusiasm with which they snapped up the tickets requiring the need for additional shows.
The Dark Show takes place at the Cat Laughs Comedy Festival in Kilkenny this weekend. Saturdays show features the acts mentioned above and Sunday’s show features Adam Hills, Greg Fleet, Andrew Lawrence and Carol Tobin.
